Bacon Spinach Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach
  • 1 small bosc pear, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 ounce romano cheese, shaved

Recipe

  • 1 1. cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and brrown, 6 to 8 minutes. drain on paper towel and break into small pieces.
  • 2 2. ad olive oil to the pan and wisk in the vinegar, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper, add the bacon.and set aside.
  • 3 3. in a large bowl, combine the spinach and toss to coat, add cheese and serve.
