Bacon Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach
- 1 small bosc pear, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 ounce romano cheese, shaved
Recipe
- 1 1. cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and brrown, 6 to 8 minutes. drain on paper towel and break into small pieces.
- 2 2. ad olive oil to the pan and wisk in the vinegar, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper, add the bacon.and set aside.
- 3 3. in a large bowl, combine the spinach and toss to coat, add cheese and serve.
