Ingredients

- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cups mini marshmallows (approx.120)
- 28 fluid ounces fruit cocktail (drained)
- 20 fluid ounces orange sections (drained)
- 1 cup banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 mix well-egg, lemon juice, and sugar.
- 2 cook until thick. i usually microwave, in short 15 second intervals until thick.
- 3 mix together fruit, and add egg mixture. mix well as the lemon mixture will prevent the bananas from turning color.
- 4 add to mixture, the marshmallows and whipped cream.
- 5 cover and refrigerate overnight.
