Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 fry diced bacon. measure fat in pan (about 3 tablespoons)and add 1/3 as much vinegar (about 1 tablespoon) while fat is still hot.
- 2 season with pepper and sugar.
- 3 add bacon bits.
- 4 pour on salad while hot.
- 5 good with potato salad, or green salads.
