Artichoke Salad

Ingredients

- 8 ounces corkscrew macaroni
- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, seeds removed and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup vinegar or 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2 mix vinegar, oil, honey, basil, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 3 combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- 4 chill for 1 hour and serve.
