Artichoke Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 8 ounces corkscrew macaroni
  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, seeds removed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup vinegar or 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 mix vinegar, oil, honey, basil, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 3 combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  • 4 chill for 1 hour and serve.
