Ingredients

- 4 pita bread rounds, halved
- romaine lettuce leaf
- tomato, slices
- alfalfa sprout (optional)
- hummus
- 2 large ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
- 4 large radishes, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 spread 1/4 cup of hummus inside each pita half.
- 2 spoon avocado salad evenly into each half.
- 3 add lettuce, tomato, and, sprouts.
