Ingredients

- 1 cup cubed avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh corn
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, toss avocado, corn, olive oil, lemon juice and salt until well combined.
- 2 variation: add ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro and pinch of cayenne pepper.
