Ingredients

- 2 large red delicious apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine the salad ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and blend the dressing with the fruit mixture.
- 3 refrigerate until ready to serve.
