Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 large red delicious apples, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 combine the salad ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and blend the dressing with the fruit mixture.
  • 3 refrigerate until ready to serve.
