Apricot Delight

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can apricots, drained and chopped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup reserved fruit juice
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
- 1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup cool whip
Recipe
- 1 drain fruit and reserve juice.
- 2 dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1/2 cup juice, and chill until partially set.
- 3 fold in fruit. pour in a 9"x9"x2" pan. top with marshmallows. chill until set. cover with whipped cream. garnish with nuts.
