Apricot Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can apricots, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup reserved fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 drain fruit and reserve juice.
  • 2 dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1/2 cup juice, and chill until partially set.
  • 3 fold in fruit. pour in a 9"x9"x2" pan. top with marshmallows. chill until set. cover with whipped cream. garnish with nuts.
