Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
- 1 ounce sour cream or 1 ounce plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 2 chill for at least 2 hours and serve over the salad of your choice.
