Apricot Gelatin Salad

Ingredients

- 1 (6 ounce) package orange jell-o
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 ounce) can apricot halves, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jello in water.
- 2 drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- 3 add pineapple to jello.
- 4 in mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth.
- 5 stir in the jello mixture.
- 6 chill until partially set, stirring occasionally.
- 7 stir in apricots and walnuts.
- 8 fold in whipped topping.
- 9 pour into 9x13 dish.
- 10 chill until firm.
