Ingredients
- Servings: 32
- 2 ripe mangoes, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 10 ounces frozen corn
- 1/4 cup lime juice (fresh is best!)
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet good seasons italian salad dressing mix
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 2 refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 3 serve with tortilla chips or grilled chicken.
