Anne's Pasta Salad (made Lighter)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (8 ounce) box macaroni (cooked, drained and cooled)
- 2 cups 2% cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 1 cup light mayonnaise (i used fat-free)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix vegetables and cheese with macaroni.
- 2 mix mayo, sugar, vinegar and black pepper.
- 3 mix dressing with macaroni.
- 4 allow to sit in fridge for about 30 minutes. this gets better the longer it sits.
- 5 enjoy.
