- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine broccoli, onion, cheese, and bacon.
- 2 mix the dressing and toss with broccoli mixture.
- 3 chill and serve.
