Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 32 ounces green beans
  • 16 ounces garbanzo beans
  • 16 ounces black beans or 16 ounces kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 drain all beans and disgard liquid.
  • 2 mix remaining ingredients and refrigerate 8-24 hrs before serving.
