Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed (preferably bush's)
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 6 green onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cube the mangoes.
- 2 combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- 4 enjoy!
