Black And Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed (preferably bush's)
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 6 green onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 cube the mangoes.
  • 2 combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3 refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • 4 enjoy!
