Bean Sprout Salad (dow Ngah)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 if using fresh bean sprouts, pour boiling water over them; let stand 2 minutes. if using canned bean sprouts, wash them in running water; drain in colander.
  • 2 combine carrot, onion, soy sauce, oil, and sesame oil.
  • 3 pour over bean sprouts; mix.
