- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 if using fresh bean sprouts, pour boiling water over them; let stand 2 minutes. if using canned bean sprouts, wash them in running water; drain in colander.
- 2 combine carrot, onion, soy sauce, oil, and sesame oil.
- 3 pour over bean sprouts; mix.
