Bean, Red Onion, And Parsley Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine beans, onions, parsley, oil and vinegar. season with salt and pepper.
