- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine beans, onions, parsley, oil and vinegar. season with salt and pepper.
