Boston Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large boston lettuce, washed and dried
- 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- 1 cup mandarin segment
- 1 pear, peeled and sliced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 3 drops lemon juice
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
- 2 add strawberries, mandarin segments, pear slices, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well.
- 3 add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix again.
- 4 sprinkle with grated coconut.
- 5 serve.
