Boston Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large boston lettuce, washed and dried
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup mandarin segment
  • 1 pear, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 3 drops lemon juice
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
  • 2 add strawberries, mandarin segments, pear slices, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well.
  • 3 add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix again.
  • 4 sprinkle with grated coconut.
  • 5 serve.
