Bean Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned cut green beans, drained
  • 1 cup canned yellow wax bean, drained
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 combine beans. combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; heat if desired. pour over beans. add onions. let stand overnight in refrigerator.
