- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe
- 1 combine chopped spinach and chopped onions in a bowl.
- 2 add vinegar and old oil.
- 3 toss well to coat and combine.
- 4 season with salt and pepper to your taste.
