Broccoli-almond Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 whisk mayonnaise, cider vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl.
  • 2 stir in broccoli and red onion. toss until coated.
  • 3 refrigerate at least 1 hour. sprinkle with toasted almonds.
