- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 whisk mayonnaise, cider vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl.
- 2 stir in broccoli and red onion. toss until coated.
- 3 refrigerate at least 1 hour. sprinkle with toasted almonds.
