Brock's Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cups buttermilk
• 16 ounces cream cheese (philadelphia)
• 3 1/4 cups mayonnaise (hellman's)
• 2 inches wedge blue cheese
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 medium onion (grated)
• 2 tablespoons parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper (cracked)

Recipe

• 1 cream the cream cheese with the mayonnaise should be lumpy don't make smooth.
• 2 mash blue cheese with all remaining ingredients.
• 3 refrigerate for a day before serving will last for 10 days refrigerated.
