Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

- 1 head bok choy
- 3 -4 fresh green onions
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 4 ounces sliced chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ramen noodles, packs (without seasoning packet)
- salad dressing, starts here
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 prepare bok choy cut and chop leaves and stalks and green onions sliced including some tops and put back in refrigerator.
- 2 crush noodles before opening bag.
- 3 in a heavy fry pan brown noodles with sugar, sesame seeds, and sliced or chopped almonds in the butter being careful not to burn, stirring constantly.
- 4 cool to room temperature.
- 5 mix all ingredients together with salad dressing just before serving.
