Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head bok choy
  • 3 -4 fresh green onions
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 4 ounces sliced chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 ramen noodles, packs (without seasoning packet)
  • salad dressing, starts here
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 prepare bok choy cut and chop leaves and stalks and green onions sliced including some tops and put back in refrigerator.
  • 2 crush noodles before opening bag.
  • 3 in a heavy fry pan brown noodles with sugar, sesame seeds, and sliced or chopped almonds in the butter being careful not to burn, stirring constantly.
  • 4 cool to room temperature.
  • 5 mix all ingredients together with salad dressing just before serving.
