Black Bean Salad - For Weight Watching People

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 can corn kernel
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups red onions, thinly sliced
  • salsa
  • cilantro
  • lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and drain beans, and add drained corn.
  • 2 (do not warm or cook).
  • 3 add chopped veggies, and chopped cilantro, and just a bit of lime juice(maybe half a tablespoon).
  • 4 toss with salsa.
