Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 lb unsliced bologna or 1 (1 lb) package of sliced bologna
- 6 large dill pickles (i use kosher)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place bologna and pickles in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.
- 2 process until they are finely chopped.
- 3 add mayo and pulse until well incorporated into mixture.
- 4 chill.
- 5 serve as sandwich spread.
