Bologna Sandwich Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb unsliced bologna or 1 (1 lb) package of sliced bologna
  • 6 large dill pickles (i use kosher)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place bologna and pickles in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.
  • 2 process until they are finely chopped.
  • 3 add mayo and pulse until well incorporated into mixture.
  • 4 chill.
  • 5 serve as sandwich spread.
