Black Bottom Cups

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 mill all filling ingredients except chocolate chips in medium bowl. fold in chips and set aside.
  • 2 sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  • 3 fill paper cups half full, top with spoonful of filling.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 5 be sure to refrigerate cupcakes.
