Black Bottom Cups

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 mill all filling ingredients except chocolate chips in medium bowl. fold in chips and set aside.
- 2 sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and beat well.
- 3 fill paper cups half full, top with spoonful of filling.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 5 be sure to refrigerate cupcakes.
