Apricot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine first 5 ingredients; blend until smooth. with blender running, slowly add loive oill; blend until smooth.
