Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar or 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, broken up
- 1 dash dill
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 dash oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together (garlic should be in a few chunky pieces).
- 2 let sit over night in a covered container in the refrigerator to get full flavor.
