Ingredients

- 3 large carrots, shredded
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts,if using, celery, and coconut. whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt. stir dressing into carrot mixture. chill a few hours before serving.
