Bills Super Fresh Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tomatoes, medium size
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion, vadalia medium size
  • 1 sweet pepper, large
  • 1/2 summer squash
  • 1/2 cup grapes, seedless
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, balsamic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, estra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons mint, torn and fresh
  • 1/4 cup basil, fresh and torn
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt, to taste
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut tomatoes and cucumber in bite size morsels. corsely chop onion, squash and pepper. cut grapes in half. tear mint and basil.
  • 2 mix together everything then add oil and balsamic.
  • 3 put in a glass container mix again add cheese and mix again. refrigerate an hour or more and serve.
