Asian Green Bean Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb long green beans, trimmed, cooked, and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons crushed toasted peanuts
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl toss all ingredients together.
  • 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3 serve at room temperature.
