- 1 -2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped raw, fresh
- 1 -2 tablespoon onion, chopped, raw fresh
- 1/2 cup baby spinach, shredded
- 1/2 cup rocket, shredded
- 1/2 cup collard greens, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
Recipe
- 1 whisk oil and vinegar together.
- 2 throw together onion, salad greens and carrot.
- 3 pour vinaigrette over and toss together.
