Ingredients
- 6 bacon, slices cooked, reserve drippings
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- frisee
- 2 eggs, fried
- crouton
Recipe
- 1 combine bacon drippings with cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 2 toss with lettuce.
- 3 place egg on lettuce.
- 4 top with crumbled bacon and croutons.
