Anne's Tabouli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup bulgar wheat
  • 6 -8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 lemons, juice of
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 rinse bulgar and soak in water to cover for about 2 hours.
  • 2 drain and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
