Ingredients

- 1 cup bulgar wheat
- 6 -8 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 rinse bulgar and soak in water to cover for about 2 hours.
- 2 drain and add the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
