Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked orzo pasta (equals about 1 cup uncooked)
- 1 cup frozen green pea, thawed
- 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well to coat. cover bowl and chill for one hour.
