Ingredients

- 120 g ripe avocados, cut cube
- 1 medium tomato
- 20 g onions, chop
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 piece chili
- some coriander
- salt and pepper
- some lemon juice
- 15 ml olive oil
Recipe
- 1 peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
- 2 take out the seed.
- 3 mixed all other ingredient to taste.
- 4 keep cold for half an hour before serve.
