Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- marjoram
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cut the avocado into medium thick slices.
- 2 sprinkle the avocado slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 3 cut the mozzarella into cubes. cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 4 place all the ingredients into a salad bowl and toss with olive oil,pinch of fresh majoram and salt until the desired taste is achieved.
- 5 serve at room temperature.
- 6 use firm ripe tomatoes and firm avocado to achieve best results.
