Baked Ranch Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 medium chicken thighs or 8 large chicken thighs
  • 24 ounces ranch salad dressing
  • seasoned dry bread crumb

Recipe

  • 1 remove skin from all chicken pieces.
  • 2 place 4 pieces of chicken in resealable plastic bag.
  • 3 pour 12 oz of the dressing over chicken in bag. repeat for other 4 pieces.
  • 4 seal bags, turning repeatably to coat all chicken pieces well.
  • 5 refrigerate both bags at least 1 hour to marinate.
  • 6 preheat oven to 400°f
  • 7 pour breadcrumbs into a large baggie and add 2 chicken pieces at a time. shake well to coat. add more breadcrumbs as needed to coat all the chicken.
  • 8 arrange on baking sheet.
  • 9 sprinkle any remaining coating from baggie over chicken.
  • 10 bake 40 to 45 minutes.
