Broccoli-cauliflower Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 for the dressing: mix the mayonnaise, sugar, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper together.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  • 3 chop onion and add to broccoli mixture.
  • 4 pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
  • 5 toss gently.
  • 6 refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • 7 toss gently again and serve.
