Broccoli-cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 -2 bunch broccoli (i try to get about the same amount of broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups miracle whip
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 ounces shredded cheese

Recipe

  • 1 chop cauliflower, broccoli and red onion and toss together.
  • 2 in another bowl mix miracle whip, sugar and red wine vinegar.
  • 3 pour over cauliflower, broccoli and red onion, add cheese and toss.
