Ingredients

- 1 lb tortellini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- 2 drain and rinse with cold water.
- 3 in a large bowl combine oil, vinegar, basil, and pepper.
- 4 stir in pasta, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- 5 serve.
