Ingredients
- 4 cups new potatoes, cubed, cooked (about 1 1/3 lbs)
- 12 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces, cooked
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 toss potatoes, bacon, green pepper, onion in large bowl.
- 2 add mayo, salt and black pepper, toss to coat.
- 3 cover.
- 4 refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
