- 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup minced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
- 2 chill before serving on tossed green salad, garden fresh veggies, or any other salad of your choice.
