Ingredients

- 4 potatoes, boiled in skins
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3/4-1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes in skin, allow to cool, then peel and chop into big chunks.
- 2 shell eggs and chop into big chunks.
- 3 put all together in a big bowl and add mayo, salt and pepper.
- 4 mix lightly and put in the refrig for 1/2 day or so.
