Artichoke, Beet, And Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 red beet, raw, grated
1/2 carrot, grated
1/4 cup feta
1 cup baby spinach
2 tablespoons vinaigrette
Recipe
1 mix first 4 ingrediets.
2 serve on spinach leaves.
3 top with vinaigrette.
