Ingredients

- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (low fat or regular)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium apples, unpeeled,chopped (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Recipe
- 1 mix yogurt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- 2 stir in apples, celery and pineapple.
- 3 cover and refrigerte.
- 4 before serving, add sunflower seeds and toss.
