Apple Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cranberries
  • 6 large apples
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free jello (raspberry or strawberry)

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve jello in boiling water and add pineapple and let stand.
  • 2 in food processor grind cranberries and apples.
  • 3 mix cranberry apple mixture with jello and sugar.
  • 4 refrigerate at least one hour.
  • 5 tastes even better the next day.
