Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 6 large apples
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free jello (raspberry or strawberry)
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jello in boiling water and add pineapple and let stand.
- 2 in food processor grind cranberries and apples.
- 3 mix cranberry apple mixture with jello and sugar.
- 4 refrigerate at least one hour.
- 5 tastes even better the next day.
