- 125 ml maple syrup
- 250 g blueberries
- 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves shredded
Recipe
- 1 place maple syrup and berries in a saucepan on medium heat.
- 2 bring to the boil slowly, remove from heat.
- 3 transfer to a bowl and cool.
- 4 add shredded mint to cooled berries.
- 5 serve over pancakes.
