- 1/2 cup pecans, halved
- 1 apple, chopped (red delicious or granny smith)
- 2 -4 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
Recipe
- 1 toss the pecan halves, apple, and celery in the lemon juice, and crumble in loads of blue cheese. that’s all the dressing you need. serves 1—easily doubled, tripled, etc.
