Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled (8 ounces)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 chill for at least 4 hours.
  • 3 serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
  • 4 can be used as a salad dressing also.
